Production Supervision and NDT
Inwestycje Przemysłowe AT Sp. z o.o. provides services to the supervision of the production of industrial steel structures, quality control and preparation of documentation.
We have certified inspectors with the certificates of competence VT2, IWI-C and IWE, which entails the possibility of a fair and objective inspection of production. The inspectors are equipped in high-quality professional equipment.
Production supervision process of welded steel construction is in accordance with the European Standard PN-EN ISO 3834 2007 year. Generally in accordance with sheet 2 of this standard (PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2007 Quality requirements for welding of metallic materials - Part 2: Full requirements quality). Acceptance criteria of welded joints shall be in accordance with the standard PN-EN ISO 5817:2009 or according to specific customer requirements.
Mainly stages of production process controlled by the Customer are:
- control the execution of the order by checking the material occupancy,
- control of actual stage of production,
- control of prepared quality documentation in accordance to the client requirements and Quality Assurance Plan
- NDT inspection.
- control of anti-corrosion protection process
- inspection during shipping of finished components
Each inspection is confirmed by the protocol.
We have very good contact with the classification societies Germanischer Lloyd and Det Norske Veritas due to the existing seamless cooperation.
